Cash, checks, money orders, PayPal and major credit cards are accepted.
NB. Cancellation fees – 25% of price is retained, if cancellation occurs on or after completion of the preliminary work.
75% of the price is retained, on or after the work has been completed.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please ship using the same mode (eg. express USPS 2 day) of shipping.
Damaged Goods
If you notice damage upon unpacking your item from Clara Applewhaite Designs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving item with digital images of damage. If we find the item was damaged in transit we will endeavour to replace the item. In the event that we are unable to replace the item we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
